Placing an order on www.arteikon.com constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the purchase. Unless rescinded/cancelled by Artélkon within 5 working days on account of a default by the seller or any prior or continuing breach by the buyer, such acceptance results in an enforceable contract of sale.

Artéikon Policy in Case an Artwork is Received Damaged

We, at Artélkon, make sure to deliver every order in pristine condition to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you find your order to be damaged or impaired, we will provide complete cooperation from our end.

If the artwork received is damaged, please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

Step 1 – Within three (3) calendar days of receiving the artwork, take photos of the damaged artwork and packaging and email them to talk_to_us@arteikon.com

Step 2 – Save the original packaging

Step 3 – Once we receive your email, an Artélkon representative will contact you within 2 days to discuss next steps

Step 4 – Once confirmed by Artélkon, please repackage the artwork using the original packaging. If the original materials are not available, please purchase suitable packaging and repack the artwork. Refer to our Packaging Guidelines on how to safely package artwork for shipment. We will arrange for pickup at a convenient time for you.

Step 5 – For further assistance, call +91-9892148551 between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, Monday through Saturday, or email us at talk_to_us@arteikon.com

Step 6 – Once the piece reaches us in a fair condition, Artéikon will process your return and refund the amount to your original payment method (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if applicable) within 07 to 10 business days.

Note: A refund/credit note will be processed only for damaged artworks and not due to buyer dissatisfaction with the artwork.

Artéikon Policy in Case a Wrong Product is Delivered

If you receive artwork different from what you ordered, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

Step 1 – Within three (3) calendar days of receiving the artwork, take photos of the artwork received and email them, along with a copy of the invoice, to Talk_To_Us@arteikon.com

Step 2 – Save the original packaging

Step 3 – Once we receive your email, an Artélkon representative will contact you within 2 days to discuss next steps

Step 4 – Once confirmed by Artélkon, please repackage the artwork using the original packaging. If not available, purchase appropriate packaging materials and repack the piece. Refer to our Packaging Guidelines for safe shipping instructions. We will coordinate pickup at your convenience.

Step 6 – Once the piece reaches us safely, Artéikon will process your return and refund the amount to your original payment method (minus shipping and international fees, if any) within 07 to 10 business days.
